SHIPPING, CHANGES AND RETURNS

Shipments:
All shipments will be free for the Peninsula. On the other hand, for the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands and the EU it will entail an additional cost of €12 per pair of shoes, and for other countries an additional cost of €20 per pair of shoes.

Changes:

To make any change you have 30 days from the delivery of the order by the carrier. To meet the deadline, in that period you must communicate by email or whatsapp to 722221518 the order and the product specifically that you want to change. The first change will be free for Peninsula; For the Balearic and Canary Islands, the cost of the change will be at the customer’s expense regardless of the amount of the order.

From the second change, regardless of the amount of the order, it will entail a cost of €6 to the Peninsula, for the Balearic and Canary Islands the cost of the change will be paid by the customer.

Returns:

To make any return, you have 30 days from the delivery of the order by the carrier. To meet the deadline, in that period you must communicate by email or whatsapp to 722221518 the order and the product specifically that you want to return.

The return will be free on orders that exceed €60 and only for the Peninsula; For the Balearic and Canary Islands, the cost of the return will be paid by the customer regardless of the amount of the order.

For the return of orders for an amount less than €60, it will incur a cost of €6 to the Peninsula; for the Balearic and Canary Islands the cost of the return will be paid by the customer.

Important note:

The reimbursement will be made with the same means of payment used in the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise. The money may be held until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of return of the goods, depending on which condition is met first. If the payment method is cash on delivery, the €2 charged for management fees will not be paid.

The return of the merchandise will be made through the courier company through which your order was delivered. The return of an order will not be accepted if everything sent with the box is not found (gifts that come inside) or if the merchandise is in poor condition, with signs of wear or signs of breakage after delivery.

We are not responsible for the misuse of the shoes by the customer.
