SHIPPING, CHANGES AND RETURNS
All shipments will be free for Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands. However, a 12€ extra charge per pair of sneakers will be applied for shipments to the UE and a 20£ extra charge per pair of sneakers to all other countries.
To make any change, you have 30 days as from the delivery of the order by the carrier. In order to comply with the deadline, it must be before the corresponding period expires by means of e-mail. The first change will be free, but the following ones will have a cost of 6€ to Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands. For the rest of destinations, the expenses produced by the change are on account of the client.
To make any return, you have 30 days from the delivery of the order by the carrier. To comply with the deadline, it must be communicated before the expiration of the corresponding period, by e-mail. For Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands, it will be free. For other destinations, the costs produced by the change are on account of the customer.
The refund will be made via the same method of payment used in the initial transaction, unless expressly stated otherwise. The money may be withheld until the goods have been received, or until you have presented proof of the return of the goods, depending on which condition is met first. If the method of payment is cash on delivery, the 2€ handling fee will not be paid.
The return of the goods will be made through the courier company through which your order was delivered. The return of an order will not be accepted if the goods are in poor condition, with signs of wear or tear after delivery.
We assume no liability for the misuse of the sneakers made by the customer.
